I founded Heartcore nearly 20 years ago with a simple belief: that movement, done well, changes people. We took the essence of Pilates and turned it into a clear, progressive framework that genuinely works, for every body. When the equipment available didn’t meet my vision for mindful strength, I built the Coreformer – refined across more than three million real sessions, in real rooms. Every decision came from how it performs with people in it. And the proof is in those people: the way they carry themselves, recover, and meet difficult moments differently. That's what this has always been about. And now we're ready to share it with the world.
